Warranty Periods
🛡 G-Shock – Manufacturer Warranty (Australia)
All genuine G-Shock watches purchased from Top G Watches are supplied via the official Australian distribution network and include a Full 2-year manufacturer-backed warranty.
Warranty service may be handled directly through authorised Australian service centres or coordinated through Top G Watches in accordance with distributor guidelines.
🔥 Bonest Gatti – Manufacturer Mechanical Warranty
All Bonest Gatti watches include a manufacturer-backed warranty (typically 1–2 years depending on model) covering internal mechanical movement defects and manufacturing faults.
As Bonest Gatti watches feature mechanical movements, warranty claims are subject to manufacturer assessment and approval prior to resolution.
⏱ Tsar Bomba Watches – 2-Year Warranty
All Tsar Bomba watches purchased from our store are covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty.
⏱ Atomic Galaxy – 2-Year Warranty
Our signature Atomic Galaxy timepieces include a 24-month warranty covering internal manufacturing defects and movement issues.
⏱ Other Partner Brands – 1-Year Warranty (Minimum)
All other watches sold on our website include a minimum 12-month warranty, subject to brand-specific terms and Australian Consumer Law protections.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, customers are entitled to a remedy if a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards. These rights apply in addition to the express warranties listed above.

What the Warranty Covers
- Movement defects or internal mechanical failure
- Manufacturing faults in components
- Faulty crowns, pushers, or buttons
- Loose or defective hands/indices (manufacturing-related)
- Battery failure within the warranty period (where applicable)
- Timekeeping issues caused by manufacturing defects
Mechanical Watch Notice
Mechanical watches (including automatic movements) may vary in timekeeping accuracy within acceptable industry tolerances. Minor daily variation does not constitute a manufacturing fault.
Mechanical watches must be properly worn, wound, and maintained. Improper use, magnetisation, impact, or lack of servicing may affect performance and is not covered under warranty.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Accidental drops, impacts, or shock damage
- Cracked, chipped, or shattered glass
- Water damage due to misuse or exceeding rated depth
- Failure to properly secure crown before water exposure
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap wear)
- Damage caused by chemicals, heat, or environmental exposure
- Battery replacement outside warranty period
- Damage from improper use, negligence, or abuse
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Loss or theft
Important: Water resistance ratings apply under controlled conditions only. Water damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow operating instructions is not covered.
Manufacturer Assessment & Resolution Process
Certain brands, including mechanical models, may require manufacturer review prior to approval of repair or replacement.
In most cases, approved claims are resolved through:
- Repair or replacement parts issued by the manufacturer
- Movement servicing or component replacement
- Full replacement (where deemed appropriate)
- Store credit or refund (for major faults under ACL)
Replacement is not automatically guaranteed and is subject to manufacturer policy and stock availability.

- Confirmation of any impact, water exposure, or repair attempts
Claims are reviewed within 2–4 business days approx.
Important Notes
- Warranty valid only for purchases made directly from Top G Watches Australia
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Water damage due to misuse is not covered
- Mechanical tolerance variation is not a defect
- If a model is discontinued, an equivalent model or store credit may be offered
