🚚 Tracking & Delivery Updates
⏳ Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
This is normal, especially for international and brand-allocated shipments. Some couriers — including Australia Post — may not recognise or display tracking until a parcel clears customs and enters the local delivery network.
During busy periods, customs processing can cause temporary pauses in tracking updates. Your parcel is still moving even if scans are limited.
📦 Why did only part of my order arrive?
Orders containing multiple brands or fulfilment locations may arrive in separate parcels. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes are usually possible within 24 hours. Once an order is processing or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

- 🔥 Bonest Gatti: Manufacturer-backed mechanical warranty (typically 1–2 years depending on model), subject to manufacturer assessment
- Other Brands: 1-Year Warranty (minimum), subject to brand-specific terms
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal faults. Normal wear, accidental damage, incorrect water use, magnetisation and battery depletion (outside warranty) are not covered.

🏪 Do you have a physical store?
No — we are an online-only retailer and do not offer in-person visits or on-site resizing.
📏 How do I size my watch?
- Most metal watches include a link removal tool (or can be resized by a local jeweller)
- Leather and silicone straps are adjustable
- Any local jeweller can resize safely
