We use a hybrid fulfilment model to offer fast delivery, fair pricing, and guaranteed authenticity:

    Shipped from Queensland with local dispatch, warranty, and after-sales support.
  • ⌚ TSAR BOMBA
    A small curated selection ships from Australia. The full range ships factory-direct from the official Tsar Bomba facility.

    Fulfilled via trusted international partners, with select models stocked locally.

This allows us to remain a small family business while delivering global-brand quality and reliability.

🚚 Tracking & Delivery Updates

⏳ Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

This is normal, especially for factory-direct or international shipments. Some couriers — including Australia Post — may not recognise or display tracking until a parcel clears customs and enters the local delivery network.

During busy periods, customs processing can cause temporary pauses in tracking updates. Your parcel is still moving even if scans are limited.

📦 Why did only part of my order arrive?

Orders containing multiple brands or fulfilment locations may arrive in separate parcels. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal faults. Normal wear, accidental damage, incorrect water use, and battery depletion are not covered.
