    A small curated selection ships from Australia. The wider range may be fulfilled via official brand allocation to ensure authenticity and premium presentation.

    Select models may be held in limited Australian stock. The broader collection is fulfilled through official brand facilities to provide access to limited-production mechanical models.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weekends, public holidays, customs processing, and courier demand.

🚚 Tracking & Delivery Updates

⏳ Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

This is normal, especially for international and brand-allocated shipments. Some couriers — including Australia Post — may not recognise or display tracking until a parcel clears customs and enters the local delivery network.

During busy periods, customs processing can cause temporary pauses in tracking updates. Your parcel is still moving even if scans are limited.

📦 Why did only part of my order arrive?

Orders containing multiple brands or fulfilment locations may arrive in separate parcels. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.

🛃 Taxes, GST & Customs

  • Orders over $1,000 AUD may attract GST and a customs clearance fee

For certain routes (such as tax-inclusive air freight where offered), duties may be included. Where duties apply, the courier or local authority will contact you directly.

  • Item must be unused and in saleable condition
  • Original packaging and accessories required
  • Return must be approved by our support team before sending

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes are usually possible within 24 hours. Once an order is processing or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

  • Tsar Bomba: 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
  • ATOMIC: 1-Year Warranty with local QLD support
  • 🔥 Bonest Gatti: Manufacturer-backed mechanical warranty (typically 1–2 years depending on model), subject to manufacturer assessment
  • Other Brands: 1-Year Warranty (minimum), subject to brand-specific terms

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal faults. Normal wear, accidental damage, incorrect water use, magnetisation and battery depletion (outside warranty) are not covered.

🏪 Do you have a physical store?

No — we are an online-only retailer and do not offer in-person visits or on-site resizing.

📏 How do I size my watch?

  • Most metal watches include a link removal tool (or can be resized by a local jeweller)
  • Leather and silicone straps are adjustable
  • Any local jeweller can resize safely
