🏷️ 6. Discounts & Promotional Codes
We offer 10% off the first order for email subscribers; however:
- Discounts cannot be used on TSAR Bomba watches or TSAR Bomba accessories unless specifically advertised. Including Bonest Gatti, Casio G-Shock.
- Discount codes cannot be refunded or reinstated after checkout.
- Discounts may not apply to certain limited-edition or premium items.
- Storewide promotions may override individual discount codes.
🚚 7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times, delivery methods and custom requirements are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. By purchasing from our Site, you acknowledge and accept those terms.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
⚖️ 8. Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) cannot be excluded. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major product faults.
