We operate Monday to Friday (business days). All delivery timeframes listed below are estimates only and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs processing, and courier volume.

1. Order Processing

All orders are subject to payment verification and confirmation before dispatch.

  • Typical processing time is 1-3 business days.
  • Selected international collections may require a 1-4 business day coordination period prior to dispatch.
  • Orders are dispatched from either Australian-held inventory or official brand fulfilment partners.

    Selected models ship from Australia. The full range may ship from official brand facilities to ensure authenticity and premium presentation.
  • 🔥 BONEST GATTI — Curated AU & Brand Allocation
    Select models may be held in limited Australian stock. The broader collection is fulfilled through official Bonest Gatti brand facilities to provide access to limited-production and mechanical models.
  • 🌍 Other Brands
    Fulfilled via trusted official brand partners, with some models stocked locally for faster delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on fulfilment location, destination, customs clearance, courier performance, and seasonal demand.

  • Express Shipping (AU): Approximately 3–5 business days

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

⚠️ Tracking & Customs Notice

Some couriers, including Australia Post, may not recognise or display tracking updates until a parcel has cleared customs and entered the local delivery network.

Customs processing can occasionally cause delays, particularly during busy periods. During this time, tracking updates may appear limited or temporarily inactive. This is normal for international brand-allocated shipments.

5. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels when items are fulfilled from different locations. Each parcel will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders under $1,000 AUD generally incur no customs charges.
  • Orders over $1,000 AUD may attract GST and a customs processing fee, but not always.

🌍 International Customers

Import taxes, VAT, or duties may apply depending on destination country regulations.

For certain Bonest Gatti air freight routes, duties may be included where specified at checkout. Express courier shipments may incur import charges payable by the customer.

7. Delivery Issues & Liability

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

If tracking confirms a parcel as delivered, the order is considered complete. Please ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout.

Top G Watches is not accountable, or responsible for Missing, Lost or Theft of Parcels. Please be mindful, and vigilante.
