This page outlines your warranty coverage for all watches purchased through topgwatches.com.au.


Warranty Periods

⏱ Tsar Bomba Watches – 2-Year Warranty

All Tsar Bomba Australia watches purchased from our store are covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty. This includes both items shipped from our Queensland stock and models delivered via factory-direct express shipping.

⏱ Atomic Galaxy – 1-Year Warranty

Our signature Atomic Galaxy timepiece includes a 12-month warranty covering all internal manufacturing defects, movement issues, and component faults.

⏱ All Other Watches – 1-Year Warranty

All other watches sold on our website include a 12-month warranty, which is a fair and reasonable coverage period for quality watch products under Australian Consumer Law.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the ACL, customers are entitled to a remedy if a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards. These rights apply in addition to the express warranties listed above. Depending on the issue, eligible remedies may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (for major faults)

What the Warranty Covers

  • Movement defects or failure
  • Internal mechanical faults

  • Timekeeping issues caused by manufacturing defects

Warranty applies to all watches regardless of whether they were sent from our Queensland warehouse or via factory-direct shipping.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Accidental drops, impacts, or shock damage
  • Cracked, chipped, or shattered glass
  • Water damage due to misuse or exceeding the rated depth
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap wear)
  • Damage caused by chemicals, heat, or environmental exposure
  • Battery replacement outside the warranty period
  • Damage from improper use, negligence, or abuse
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Loss or theft

Please note: A watch listed as “Water Resistant” is not guaranteed to be waterproof. Always follow the water rating instructions for your model.


Factory-Direct Warranty Coverage

Many of our watches, including some Tsar Bomba models, may be shipped factory-direct. Regardless of where the watch is shipped from, Top G Watches Australia handles all warranty support on your behalf.

If a warranty claim is approved, we may provide:

  • A replacement watch
  • Replacement parts
  • A repair option (if applicable)
  • Store credit
  • A partial refund (case-by-case)

We always choose the fairest and fastest resolution based on the issue and stock availability.


How to Lodge a Warranty Claim

Please include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the problem
  • Whether the watch has been exposed to water, shocks, or drops

Our team will review your claim within 2–4 business days.


Resolution Process

Once your warranty claim is assessed:

  • We will confirm if the issue is covered
  • We will advise the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, etc.)
  • We may request the watch to be returned for inspection
  • Approved warranty remedies are free of charge

Important Notes

  • Warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from Top G Watches Australia
  • Warranty is non-transferable
  • Water-damaged watches cannot be repaired under warranty
  • Misuse or accidental damage voids the warranty
  • If a model is discontinued, a similar model or store credit may be offered
